Senator Wilken moved and asked unanimous consent that his name                 
be withdrawn as a co-sponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 189 An Act                     
relating to the international airports in Anchorage and Fairbanks and          
establishing the Alaska International Airport Authority; and providing         
for an effective date. Without objection, it was so ordered.
